How are you doing? Truly, i wanna know. Winter can already be difficult with the lack of sunlight & cold temperatures.

You love the profession. You love your students. Some parents can be off the chain (and some co-workers too 👀) and you show up each & every day to ensure them kids learn something.

In a previous email, Imma say it again “IT IS VITAL YOU TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF”. We need you here, healthy & centered.

Use all the resources available to you. Take a day if you need it. Self - care, mediation, healthy foods, getting real sleep, not taking work home (if you can, its a process to working just contact hours but truly doable journey - check out my girl Jen Manly for her in-depth resources that help you actually save time & be more productive.)

The better you take care of yourself, the better you can be there for your students
